Zone has the right to involve processors in the processing of Customer Data. Zone will engage processors who provide sufficient guarantees that they implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in such a way that the processing of Customer Data complies with the requirements of the relevant laws and ensures the protection of the rights of the data subject.
